How does Erak Giyim manage production with argemas?
Mavi's largest manufacturer, Erak Giyim also continues to produce for many major international brands at its Çerkezköy factory in Türkiye and its factory in Egypt. Producing roughly 7 million units per year including subcontracted work, Erak Giyim is one of Türkiye's long-established denim manufacturers, 37 years old and employing 1,200 people.

Erak Giyim IT Systems Manager Nuri Sokullu said, "When we set out with argemas 8 years ago, it means we had already built Industry 4.0," expressing that they had started their digitalization journey 8 years earlier.

Stating that in their previous system they could not access data in real time, Sokullu said: "That cost us. A person working with low productivity lowered our daily quantity, quality and productivity for that day. This is where argemas added the most value for us. Underlining that the biggest contribution of the argemas system is that data is collected and evaluated on time, so measures are taken on time, Sokullu said: "In the following stages, the biggest factor was employee motivation. Another effect was at the quality stage. And at the end of the day, of course, cost, which keeps every company standing. It helped us see our costs and measure our operations."
