WMS (Warehouse Management System) digitally tracks every movement in the warehouse, from raw material to shipment, using barcodes, RFID and handheld terminals. @rgeWMS manages addressed stock, FIFO/FEFO, JIT/JIS sequenced shipment, goods receipt and quarantine flows. It reduces stock errors to near zero and supports industry-specific flows end to end, JIS sequencing in automotive, lot and expiry-date tracking in food, subcontractor in/out flows in textile.

ERP keeps the warehouse's stock value and movement summaries. Its perspective is "how many units, on which item, at what financial value". WMS manages the warehouse's physical operation (goods receipt, put-away, picking, packing, shipment) in real time with barcode / RFID / handheld terminals. Its perspective is "which shelf, which pallet, which operator in what order". @rgeWMS integrates with your existing ERP's stock items and closes the gap between "the count" and "the actual movement".

MES tracks what happens on the production line (operations, operators, quality, downtime). WMS tracks what happens in the warehouse (shelves, pallets, shipments).
