argemas MES measures the actual cycle time and operator performance of every station on the sewing line in real time. The system automatically detects the stations where bottlenecks form, balances the workload to prevent pile-ups and increases line output. With the andon and technical support line, a machine breakdown or material shortage is reported to the relevant unit instantly, so the line does not stop and delivery dates are protected.
@rgeWMS manages textile's unlimited color/size/drop combinations with a single variant code structure. Fabric rolls are tracked by meterage and lot, and finished goods in boxed and hanging-garment shipment formats, all with addressed locations. Lot-based management removes the risk of shade differences. Packing lists are verified simultaneously with mobile handheld terminals, eliminating the risk of wrong loading.
The subcontract tracking module of argemas ERP monitors every externally performed operation, such as printing, embroidery and washing, from a single center. Fabric and accessories sent to the subcontract workshop are dispatched by lot, and the quantity and quality control of the returning goods is approved in the system. Logistics and subcontractor capacities are taken into account in the advanced planning module to calculate realistic delivery dates.
argemas ERP calculates the pre-cost from the bill of materials (BOM) at the collection design stage. Fabric, accessory, subcontracting and labor items are included automatically. When production is complete, the post-cost is calculated automatically from the actual operator time, waste and subcontracting data coming from MES. Comparing the two costs reports the real profitability of each style, so next season's pricing decisions are based on data.
