What is a Production Tracking System?

A production tracking system (internationally, MES, Manufacturing Execution System) is the software that lets you see what is happening inside the factory in real time. What is produced on which machine, how fast each operator is working, which line stopped and why, which part failed the quality test, with an MES all of this is recorded to the second. The shop-floor data itself replaces Excel, the paper on the board and the knowledge in the foreman's head.

ERP, often confused with MES, manages corporate processes such as orders, purchasing, costing and stock. ERP is the office's system, not the shop floor's. MES is the live brain of the production floor: it collects data from machines, operators, quality and energy; summarizes it with indicators such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); and notifies managers instantly on Andon screens and mobile apps. When the two work integrated (for example argemas MES + your existing Logo / Netsis ERP), orders, production and cost all feed from the same data.

Once downtime, quality problems and idle capacity share one data flow, teams can measure the baseline KPI, validate causes in work-order and machine context, and track the effect of each action. The two work integrated: ERP passes the order to MES, and MES feeds actual production back to ERP. argemas offers both layers as separate modules; your existing Logo / Netsis / SAP ERP can stay in place. Compared with rip-and-replace projects, this approach cuts implementation from 18 months to 6 and keeps risk to a minimum.
Yes. argemas collects data from CNC, injection, weaving, sewing and packaging machines via OPC-UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley CIP/EtherNet/IP, Mitsubishi MELSEC and other common industrial protocols. For older machines, the @rgeRover IoT terminal reads analog (current, vibration, temperature) and digital (counter, limit switch) signals and brings them into the OPC-UA world. In mixed factories (modern + legacy machines) a single real-time production stream is created.
Assignment optimization is the mathematical problem of matching the operations, operators and machines on a production line so as to produce the highest possible productivity and quality outcome. The AI-supported algorithm developed by Arge Bilişim evaluates real-time operator productivity/quality data, operation-similarity classification and operation difficulty levels together, and suggests the ideal line balancing within seconds. When an operator changes mid-shift, the system re-optimizes the line setup.
