Not Desk-Side Advice, but Results Proven With Data on the Shop Floor
The Holistic Factory Transformation Model we developed at Arge Bilişim brings lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, digital transformation, IoT, MES, ERP, WMS and on-site consultancy together around a single goal:
Improving the factory's performance in a measurable way.
We measure success not by the number of systems we install, devices we deploy or reports we prepare, but by the change we create in productivity, quality, OEE, traceability, cost, capacity utilisation and operational performance.
Some of the projects we have delivered across different industries, and the results obtained on the shop floor:
Digitalisation of production processes with MES integration, real-time production tracking and an OEE management infrastructure.
+25% OEE
Real-time tracking of orders on the shop floor with MES integration, plus a live performance and OEE measurement infrastructure.
+30% OEE
End-to-end production traceability from raw-material intake to the final product in fresh kashar cheese and sucuk production.
A production infrastructure where the Raw Material → Production → Product → Batch → Shipment chain is tracked digitally.
End-to-End Traceable Production
A control infrastructure was built to eliminate operational error risks in the filling and labelling processes.
The system that stops an unlabelled product from passing through the process created a zero-defect-targeted control infrastructure in that operation.
Zero-Defect-Targeted Control Infrastructure
The production system was structured from scratch with a lean and digital factory approach.
Designing the production flows, making performance measurable and building the digital production management infrastructure resulted in:
+20% OEEAbout +25% Productivity
An end-to-end traceable production infrastructure was built for electromechanical products. Production performance is tracked in real time and processes are managed digitally.
+20% OEEAbout +27% Productivity
Production planning processes were structured, and production management was digitalised by commissioning real-time OEE measurement, downtime analysis and quality control systems.
Planning + OEE + Downtime + Quality Management
People-dependent, hard-to-manage stock-code structures were redesigned.
Commissioning ERP and MES together brought order, stock and production processes under the same digital structure.
End-to-End Digitalisation with ERP + MES
Stock codes and operational processes were rebuilt.
ERP and MES integration digitalised the production, stock and operational data flows and reduced the people-dependent structures.
ERP + MES Integration
Lean manufacturing, production management and digital transformation work resulted in:
+50% Productivity+50% Quality
In our transformation projects in textile and ready-made garment, we apply lean manufacturing, method development, line balancing, performance management, quality management, IoT and MES-based real-time production tracking together with active on-site consultancy.

It is no coincidence that our results differ from factory to factory.
One factory's baseline productivity may be around 30% while another's is 70%. In one factory the core problem is line balancing, while in another it may be quality, planning, high turnover, wrong standard times or an inadequate data infrastructure.
That is why we do not promise our customers a standard improvement rate.
First we measure. Then we set the target.
With our proprietary 58-question Factory Analysis we uncover the factory's current state, identify the reachable improvement potential and shape the transformation project accordingly.
Not with a single piece of software.
Not with a single consultancy method either.
And at the end of the project we measure again:
For us the strongest reference is not the system we installed, but the result our customer reaches at the end of the project.
And most importantly:
How much stronger and more profitable did the factory become?
Let's uncover the productivity and quality losses in your factory, the unused capacity, the cost structure and the transformation potential together.
The first step is taking a true picture of your factory.
Published outcomes are attributed to the customer representatives who reported them. Results vary by factory, scope and baseline.
