Frequently Asked Questions

In most Turkish factories the right order depends on your production pains. If you can't see your shop floor (lost times are unclear, there's no OEE, quality defects are caught late), start with MES. That's where the fastest return comes. If you already have an accounting ERP but production planning/MRP/costing is weak, add @rgeTrace alongside it. If warehouse accuracy and sequenced shipment are the problem, argemas WMS takes priority. The ideal path is modular go-live in order of need. You don't have to deploy all three systems at once.
Yes. A single-vendor MES + ERP + WMS all-in-one license package is possible and usually lowers total cost of ownership: one data model, one integration surface, one support line. Phased go-live is also planned within the package; for example MES + WMS in months 0-3, ERP modules in months 3-9. The license model can be structured per user or per module; additional modules are added as you scale.
Both are possible. Facilities with high data sensitivity (defense, tier-one automotive suppliers, pharmaceuticals) or those wanting to keep data within their own boundaries for data-protection reasons usually prefer on-premise. Multi-site group companies opt for Arge Bilişim cloud or hybrid for central monitoring and a lower IT burden. The license and modules are identical in both deployments, a switch is possible later. In a hybrid setup, shop-floor data stays local while reporting is consolidated in the cloud.
argemas supports an architecture in which the existing enterprise system can remain while production, inventory and quality are handled as a separate layer. Arge Bilişim publishes coverage for Turkish and global ERP families, do not assume readiness until the exact version, data objects, direction, frequency, failure behaviour and acceptance scenario are validated in technical discovery.
The 200+ installed-factories figure is the total deployment count Arge Bilişim reports across 7 countries since 2002. Industry coverage includes textile and apparel, automotive supply, food, glass, electrical-electronics, metal, plastic injection, chemicals, furniture, footwear and bags. Outcome metrics are published only as statements from named customers and are not presented as an independent benchmark or guarantee.
Very small workshops may not need the full MES + ERP + WMS scope. The decision should follow the operating problem, data volume, traceability and integration requirements. Grant or incentive eligibility varies by programme, period, company and product scope and should be verified against the relevant institution's current official record before an investment decision.
