Fixing disruptions is easier
Stating that with the installation of the argemas system they can see all critical production-management data live, APS General Manager Kutlu Çeceli said: "Thanks to this, tracking and correcting disruptions in production in real time became much easier."
A speedometer
Noting that operators track their own performance live and that this benefits the operators themselves, Çeceli said: "The system is truly like a car's speedometer, operators can see in real time that they speed up as they press the pedal and slow down when they ease off. Thanks to the screens on the production floor, all line data is visible. These screens also speak to the employees' mental side."
It pushes management too
Stating that the argemas system also puts pressure on factory management, Çeceli continued: "That is: when an operator suffers a performance drop for reasons beyond their control, they report it to management through the devices in front of them. Management then deals with the issue immediately and resolves it."
Every manufacturing business should definitely install argemas
Underlining that he recommends the argemas system to every garment manufacturer, Çeceli said: "I believe it is a system that absolutely must be installed."
