At Arge Bilisim Otomasyon San. ve Tic. A.S., we place great importance on the security of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 (PDPA) and GDPR regulations. This disclosure text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom and for what purpose it may be transferred, the collection method and legal basis, and your rights.
Data Controller
Arge Bilisim Otomasyon San. ve Tic. A.S. acts as "Data Controller" under PDPA and GDPR. Our company is committed to complying with all obligations set by law when processing your personal data.
Processed Personal Data
Identity information (name, surname, ID number), contact information (phone, email, address), employment information (company name, title), financial information (bank account details, invoice information), and digital data (IP address, cookie data, usage data) may be processed.

Under Article 11 of PDPA and GDPR, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data has been processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know third parties to whom it has been transferred, request correction if incomplete or incorrect, request deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages.
