What is DDX?

The DDX Digital Transformation Assessment Model brings companies together with digital transformation consultants from the DDX Consultant Pool. The consultant measures the company's digital maturity level, compares it with similar companies through cluster analysis, and prepares a company-specific roadmap report built around competitive advantage and strategic priorities. The Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology's Digital Transformation Support Program uses this model: SMEs receive a maturity assessment and a roadmap, and the investment plan is shaped by it.

How maturity is measured: the five dimensions of D3A

The assessment uses the Digital Transformation Assessment Tool (D3A) developed by Boğaziçi University. The company's processes, and the use of data within them, are examined across five dimensions:

What is DDX+?

The DDX+ Digital Transformation Model is the new domestic and national model developed by TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE together with the Ministry of Industry and Technology's General Directorate of National Technology and Artificial Intelligence; it covers the service sectors as well as manufacturing. Existing DDX consultants are accredited to the DDX+ model through difference training covering the modelling approach, the assessment and roadmap development standard, theoretical courses and sector practice.
